This rub will produce pro ribs everytime...if you do everything else right!
1 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Paprika 2 T Black Pepper 2 T Kosher Salt 2 T Chili Powder 2 T Garlic Powder 2 T Onion Powder 1 T Cayenne
1. Mix it all together! Use liberally on ribs 8-24 hours before you smoke em'.
I always put the extra rub in a jar that I keep in freezer for the next time.
