Tequilla Coctel de Camarones (Shrimp Cocktail)

Go to any Mexican restaurant and you can order this traditional Mexican appetizer. This is my take on a classic! I like to use freshly cooked shrimp but feel free to use frozen if you don't any

1 1/2 lbs peeled and deveined Shrimp 48oz V-8 juice, use 8 oz Salsa, homeade if you can swing it 8oz Cocktail Sauce, homeade if you can swing it! 2 cups chopped Cilantro 4 diced Roma Tomatoes 2 diced Avocados 2 Limes, juiced 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 shot Tequilla! 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced

1. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill it for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. Serve it chilled in Martini or Margarita glasses with tortilla chips for dipping.
