Tough Guy Mushroom & Spinach Quiche |
It is hard to even say "Quiche" and sound tough. Believe me though...if you make this quiche the girls will all smile at you :-) |

| 1 Pie Shell 1 box Spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms 1/2 white Onion, chopped 2 T Vegetable Oil 3 Eggs 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste 1 tsp Garlic Powder |

| 1. Pre-bake the pie shell and cool.
Sauté the onions and mushrooms in oil. Add the salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with cream.
Put filling and egg mixture in shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
