| 1 cup Ketchup 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 2 large Onion, diced Juice of 2 Lemons 4 cloves Garlic, pressed or crushed 2 T Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Hot Sauce (Tobassco) 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 1/2 T Salt 1 pinch Sage |

| Mix all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Due to it's relatively high ratio of Vinegar it will keep in you fridge for a long time |
