"Moshed" Potatoes

4 large Potatoes, chopped 1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened 2 Eggs, beaten 1 small Onion, finely chopped 1 T all-purpose Flour 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black Pepper ***optional*** minced Jalapeno

1. Bring pot of water to a boil. Boil potatoes till soft...15 minutes-ish. When soft drain them and "mosh" them.
2. Mix up everything now. You can use an electric mixer or a wooden spoon and your own power of ROCK.
3. Add everything to a casserole dish and bake at 300 for 35 minutes.
4. Some people may like to mix in some shredded cheese...and other people might like to top with French Fried Onions or Crumbled Bacon
