These were inspired by a Tapas restaurant I enjoy.
1 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin 1 T Paprika 1 T Basil 3/4 T Garlic Salt 1 tsp Thyme 1 tsp Rosemary 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 cup Olive Oil
1. Cut Pork into 1 inch cubes
2. In a glass bowl combine everything except the pork. Mix it all really well.
3. Add pork and marinade to a big Ziploc freezer bag and massage it around to cover all of the meat. Put in the fridge for at least 6 hours...I prefer overnight.
4. Put pork cubes on skewers and grill over a medium high heat for about 10 minutes. You can also do these in the oven. Bake them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. I suggest the grill though.
